Our Standard
Harpeth Windows & Doors is a curated line of premium aluminum fenestration, specified by designers and installed by licensed builders. Every product is selected for the way the best homes are designed and built: clean sightlines, thermal performance, and finishes that hold up to real weather.
All products use 6063-T5 aluminum alloy frames with insulated tempered glazing. Thermal-break profiles are available on the sliding, hung, multi-slide, and bi-fold lines. Seventeen standard finishes, custom RAL matching, and multiple hardware tiers give you control over every detail.
We are not a showroom. We are designers and builders who specify these products for our own projects, then make them available to yours.
Product Line
Six lines. One standard of build.
Every Harpeth line is named for the places around the Harpeth River that shaped how we build.
The workhorse of modern residential design. Outswing casements give full ventilation and an unobstructed view when closed. Three profile depths match performance to budget.

Specification
All frames use 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, selected for strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and finish quality. Profiles are available in thermal break (polyamide insulation strip) and non-thermal break configurations.
Powder coating is standard on all products: durable, UV-resistant, in all 17 standard colors and custom RAL. PVDF coating is the premium fluoropolymer upgrade for coastal or high-UV environments, available on awning, tilt-turn, casement door, and sliding door series.
Custom RAL and wood-effect colours available on request.
Specification
All glazing is tempered safety glass. Nine glass types are available across the line: tempered, single, insulated double, tinted, reflective, laminated, Low-E, frosted, and curved (arc).
Low-E coatings work differently by season. In summer the coating reflects solar heat outward, keeping interiors cooler. In winter it reflects interior radiant heat back inside, reducing heating loss. We recommend Low-E insulated glazing for all exterior applications in mixed climates like Middle Tennessee.

Calculated values for representative glazing configurations, computed with LBNL WINDOW 5.2 to ISO 9050:2003 and JGJ/T 151-2008 conditions. Values describe glass configurations, not specific window series. Project-specific performance is quoted per order.
VLT = Visible Light Transmittance. G-value = Solar Heat Gain Coefficient equivalent.
Hardware tiers are matched to product type and performance requirements. Upgrades can be specified at order time. Electronic lock option available for 108 Series casement doors.

Coverage
Twenty years on the frame, the sealed glass unit, and the PVDF finish. Ten years on hardware and operating components. Transferable once to a subsequent owner.
Coverage begins on the date of shipment and runs to the original purchaser at the installed address. Aluminum is a long-life material and we warrant it accordingly; the periods below are set by component, because a sealed glass unit, a powder-coat film, and a lock cylinder do not age the same way.
| Component | Period | Covered Against |
|---|---|---|
| Aluminum frame & structure20 Year | 20 years | Defects in material and workmanship affecting structural integrity or operation |
| Insulated glass unit20 Year | 20 years | Seal failure causing material obstruction of vision — moisture, film, or internal condensation |
| PVDF finish | 20 years | Peeling, blistering, checking, or loss of adhesion |
| Powder-coat finish | 10 years | Peeling, blistering, checking, or loss of adhesion |
| Hardware & operating components | 10 years | Handles, hinges, locks, balances, rollers, transmission boxes — defects significantly impairing operation |
| Electronic locking systems | 3 years | Defects in material and workmanship |
| Weatherstripping, gaskets & screens | 2 years | Defects in material and workmanship. Wear items. |
| Labor, freight & reinstallation | 1 year | Included for the first year from shipment; excluded thereafter |
| Commercial & non-single-family | 5 years | All components, in place of the periods above |
Insulated glass units exceeding 60 square feet are covered for 10 years. Anodized and custom RAL finishes follow the powder-coat period unless specified as PVDF at order.
Transfer. Coverage transfers once to a subsequent owner of the installed address for the balance of the original period. The term does not restart on transfer.
Remedy. At our option we will repair the product, supply replacement parts or a replacement unit, or refund the original purchase price of the affected unit. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original period. Labor, freight, crane or lift access, and removal and reinstallation are included only within the first year from shipment.
Claims. Submit the order number, the installed address, photographs of the condition, and the visible glass dimensions to warranty@harpethwindows.com. Claims must be made within the applicable period and within 30 days of the condition becoming apparent.
Viewing criteria. Glass and aluminum finishes carry natural imperfections. Inspections follow applicable ASTM and AAMA standards at the minimum discovery distance those standards set.
This warranty does not cover: product not paid for in full; improper installation, structural settlement, or building movement; failure to follow our care and maintenance instructions; non-factory modification, applied film, or field painting; glass breakage, stress cracks, surface damage, or scratches; uniform fading, minor color variation, or changes in appearance from unequal exposure to sun, chemicals, or atmospheric conditions; temporary metal bowing from solar expansion; corrosion from harmful fumes, vapors, or chemicals; condensation on the room-side glass surface caused by interior humidity; acts of nature, accident, abuse, or normal wear; and any incidental or consequential damages. Coastal and high-UV installations require the PVDF finish for the finish warranty to apply.
This is the exclusive warranty for these products and is made in place of all other warranties, express or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Applies to product shipped on or after 7 August 2026. Full warranty terms are provided with every order acknowledgment.
